In what was Beechfield's best performance so far of the season Beechy came from two goals down to win the game with the whole team playing with a great work ethic and great attitude from start to finish, going two goals down in the first 10 mins this didn't stop the boys from playing some free flowing football and some great play from the back and some great passing for Aldo Gannon to get Beechy's first goal, once the team got their first goal the momentum was in the away teams hands and two goals from Ronnie Green had taken Beechy into the lead at half time. With the second half underway the boys pushed and pushed for a fourth goal, Urmston started to mount their own attack and got an equaliser, this didn't dampen the spirit of the whole team and some great defending from Gideon James and some superb saves from Raurie Brassington keeping Beechy in the game, with George Lawson leading the attack, getting his chances and was unlucky not to score, Jesse Fletcher came on to the field and showed his character with some great passing and never die attitude to help his teammates, and with the game in the balance the whole team made the winner with some great passing to turn the game around and another win away from home. Special mention to the whole team who made everyone proud today, and well done to our trophy winners today Aldo, Ronnie and Raurie.
