Twenty Three teams were registered with Manchester FA for the 2019/2020 season which was brought to a close after the final games on Saturday 14th March 2020 due the Coronavirus pandemic.

The Beechy teams were Under 7's Storm, Under 8's Storm, Under 9's Storm, Under 10's Lightning, Under 10's Tornadoes, Under 11's Hurricanes, Under 11's Lightning, Under 11's Tornadoes, Under 12's Hurricanes, Under 12's Storm, Under 12's Tornadoes, Under 13's Lightning, Under 13's Typhoon, Under 14's Storm, Under 14's Tornadoes, Under 15's Storm, Under 15's Thunder, Under 16's Sunday, Under 16's Tornadoes, Under 17's Tornadoes, First Team, Reserve Team, Saturday Morning Senior Team.

United entered teams into the following leagues: Salford and Districts Football League, Bolton Bury and District League, North Bury Junior League, Timperley and District League, Manchester Football League, Manchester Saturday Morning League.

Due to several days of heavy rain the majority of the fixtures involving Junior Section teams were postponed. On Saturday 28th & Sunday 29th September despite the horrendous conditions seven games did go ahead. The U/10's Tornadoes were the only team to celebrate a victory after their narrow win over neighbours Moorside Rangers Yellows. Stewart Kay helped himself to a hat-trick and named Man of the Match was George Wadeson.

There was an improvement in the weather just in time for the league and cup games on 5/10/2020 and goals galore were on the menu. Nineteen games were played that amassed a total of 108 goals including double figures from the U/13's Lightning and U/14's Tornadoes. Both the Open Age Reserve Team and Saturday Morning Senior Team enjoyed wins in the Manchester Amateur Cup.

After two weekends without a game the U/11's Hurricanes (9v9) were back in action when they travelled to play Astley & Tyldesley Falcons. But a 3-2 defeat didn't do justice to a very good display on an Astroturf Pitch by the Beechy boys in this Blue Group fixture. Amman Khan fired in both goals for the Hurricanes who's best player was defender Dillan Caldwell. In the North Bury Junior League Max Shaw (2) and Dominic Lawton (2) were on target for the U/15's Thunder who celebrated a 4-1 home win over Middleton Athletic. (12/10/2019)

Away to Barr Hill Hearts on Saturday 19th October 2019 the U/13's Typhoon recovered from 3-2 down to secure the three points via a 5-4 victory. Jamie Withington with a second half hat-trick, Ronan Mullen and Reece James scored the goals. The U/12's Storm (9v9) easily dealt with a muddy pitch in their Division 3 away game at Winton Wanderers. Storm's Star Player was Thomas Hawkins and sharing the goals for Beechy who won 4-0 were Oliver Cowley and Andrew Ackernley.

Once again the weather played a major part in the postponement of all but two games on 26/10/2019. Both games involving the U/12's Tornadoes (9v9) and U/15's Thunder took place on 3G Pitches. The Tornadoes suffered a 4-3 defeat when they met De La Salle but Thunder were rewarded with a 3-1 victory after their home game with Shawclough Rangers.

Re-Discovering the winning were Beechy U/17's Tornadoes who secured a 4-3 home win over Horwich RMI White. The Tornadoes were punished for some poor defending but goals from Jack Rodgers, Ben McDonald and Jeanny Le Blanc (2) who netted the match winner were enough to earn the victory. A hat-trick by Dylan Walker plus a goal by Man of the Match Michael Munden guaranteed the U/12's Hurricanes (9v9) a 4-1 away victory against Davyhulme Park. (2/11/2019)

On an uneven playing surface United's Reserves were involved in a real action packed Manchester Football League Division 5 encounter with Atherton Town A. Callum Davies (2) and Ben Shiels (2) scored the goals for Beechy who had to settle for a 4-4 draw. On a small sided Astroturf Pitch at Salford Sports Village the U/10's Lighting met Stretford Victoria Albion in the Challenge Cup. Lightning produced some great defending throughout the match and Broadie Mundy and Oliver Eckersley were on target with the goals to secure the victory. (9/11/2019)

A depleted U/11's Lightning (9v9) suffered from several poor decisions in their Green Group away game against Winton Spartans. Both Theo Hayward and Eesa Afzal created quality displays but Lightning lost the match. There was a twelve goal thriller in the Salford and Districts League Yellow Group when Beechy U/8's Storm met Winton Titans. Goalkeeper Sophie Price produced a superb performance for Storm who's goal scorers were Oliver Cooper and Aiden Gradwell. (16/11/2019)

United's Under 15's Thunder were the headline maker when they who took over as Championship Division leaders in the North Bury Junior League. Thunder who were at home to Radcliffe Borough Bulls fought back from 2-0 and 3-1 down to secure a 4-3 victory. Andrew Woodward (hat-trick) and Jacob Lacey scored the goals and voted Man of the Match was Lucas Madden following a solid and intelligent performance. (23/11/2019)

Due to the adverse weather only five games went ahead on Saturday 30th November 2019. Celebrating their best result so far this season were the Under 9's Storm who hit six goals without reply against Monton Sports. Harry Wallis was named Man of the Match and goal scorers for Beechy in the Red group home game were Ryden Coward, Roman Sandaji, Ethan Seddon and Callum Norris.

At Howe Bridge Sports Centre United's Reserves were involved in a muddy encounter with Atherton Town A in the Manchester Football League. This Division 5 fixture was a game of two halves the first forty minutes belonged to Atherton who led 3-0 at half time. After the break United created some superb attacking play and reduced the arrears through goals by Callum Davies and Ben Shiels but Beechy just couldn't find another goal and suffered a 3-2 defeat. United's Star Player was Keenan Switzer who produced a brilliant display in midfield. (30/11/2019)

In the Under 7's Saturday Division Beechy Storm celebrated a deserved victory over Urmston Town Cobras. Kasope Alo, Rian Cox and Archie Charles were on target in a excellent all-round display in the Salford and Districts League. The winner of the Players Cup 2nd Round tie between the Under 16's Tornadoes and Bromley Cross Warriors was decided following a penalty shoot-out. The teams shared at 2-2 score line at the end of normal time with Mathew Bennett and Billy Wadeson firing home the goals for the Tornadoes. Goalkeeper Lucas Allen made a fantastic save during the penalty kick decider which Beechy won 4-2. (7/12/2019)

Beechy Under 12's Storm (9v9) ended 2019 with an away victory over Winton Wanderers Dragon. Following a hard fought Division 3 contest Storm won 2-0 thanks to goals from Saul Tagoe and Oliver Cowley. Making his debut for the Storm was Josh Rotherham and he had a very good game in defence but it was midfielder Joshua Kilfoyle who was named Man of the Match. The rearranged Challenge Tournament tie between the Under 11's Lightning and De La Salle ended with a win for the latter. Sean Cosgrove scored both goals for Lightning and new boys George Rowbotham and Matty Cox both played well throughout. (21/12/2019)

Making a winning start to 2020 were the Under 12's Tornadoes (9v9) who beat local rivals Moorside Rangers Reds 3-1 at Salford Sports Village. As both teams struggled to play attractive football on a heavy pitch the Tornadoes created the better chances but it was Rangers who took the lead against the run of play. Beechy replied instantly through Oliver Percival who dispatched a low drive into the corner of the net past a well beaten Moorside keeper. Possession was fairly even in the second half but the Tornadoes were more of a threat in front of goal and Jack Duff put Beechy 2-1 up. Joel Thorndyke capped a fine performance when he scored goal number three with ten minutes left to play and some great defending denied Rangers the chance of forcing at least a draw. Ryan Crosby was the Tornadoes Man of the Match after his faultless display as an emergency left back. (4/1/2020)

In the Bolton Bury and District League the Under 14's Storm played Swinton Lions and in this Section C home game goals by Georgi Georgiev and Tawonga Chirwa gave Beechy a 2-0 lead at the break. But in the second half Storm were guilty of wasting numerous chances and taking advantage Swinton Lions replied with three goals to steal the points. Following a great performance Josh Everall was named Man of the Match (11/1/2020)

FC Bridgewater were the Under 10's Tornadoes opponents for Beechy's away game in the Blue Group. In a match that produced some great soccer and nine goals on target for the Tornadoes were Logan McFeely, Martin Cholakov and Oscar Mather (penalty) Logan shared the Man of the Match award with Josh Beddows. There was a first win of the season in the Timperley and District League for the Under 16's Sunday team. In Division 3 Beechy with three regular defenders missing were away to Whalley Range and thanks to a goal from Jack Broadie led 1-0 at half time. United stepped up a gear in the second period and a hat-trick by Man of the Match Mathew Bennett plus two goals from Fernley Davies earned Beechy a fully deserved 6-1 victory. (19/1/2020)

Involved in a rollercoaster game with neighbours Moorside Rangers Black were the Under 13's Typhoon who found themselves 3-1 down in this Division 2 away game. Beechy dominated nearly all the second half and producing a gutsy fightback made it 3-3 but a couple of lucky goals for Rangers gave them a 5-3 victory. Goals for the Typhoon came courtesy of the excellent Reece James (2) and Sonny O'Brien. (25/1/2020)

Following a nine goal thriller at Littleton Road United's Senior Reserve team extended their unbeaten run to four games when they beat Division 5 leaders Hindsford Development 5-4. On a heavy pitch Hindsford took the lead though Beechy were soon back level thanks to Man of the Match Tom McCandless. United went 2-1 up when a corner taken by Keenan Switzer was met in a crowded penalty area by defender Deren Saunders who's powerful header flew into the net. Early in the second half a defensive mistake gifted Hindsford an unexpected equaliser the visitors took a 3-2 lead via an own goal following a corner. Continuing to play the better football Beechy drew level after a piece of individual brilliance by Keenan Switzer and with ten minutes left to play Mason White was on target netted United's fourth goal before Keenan Switzer put Beechy 5-3 ahead. A goalkeeping error led to Hindsford grabbing a fourth goal that set up a grandstand finish but thanks to some valiant defending United soaked up the late pressure and were able to celebrate the victory. After overcoming difficult conditions Beechy Under 15's Storm were rewarded with a 4-3 away win over Middleton Lads Black. In this North Bury Junior League Premiership Division away game Storm always held the lead despite suffering some debatable refereeing decisions. Man of the Match Zion Agbiji (2) Prince Idusuyi and Ben Garlick scored the goals. (1/2/2020)

In the Supplementary Cup the Under 14's Tornadoes were at home to Davyhulme Park at Stott Lane. An evenly balanced first half ended 1-1 but the Tornadoes stepped up a gear in the second half and creating an excellent all-round display eventually won the tie 5-1. Charlie Mulvenna (2) Bradley Oliver (2) and Justin Suele got the goals and named Man of the Match was defender Luke Moss. (1/2/2020)

Beechy Under 13's Lightning were also in Supplementary Cup action at Stott Lane when they entertained visitors Astley and Tyldesley Dragons. After seventy minutes the teams shared a 2-2 score line with Kyle Stafford and Cody Brady on target for Beechy but with no extra time required a penalty kick decider was needed to find the winner. In the shoot-out Lightning's goalkeeper Lucas Wood saved a penalty and spot-on for Beechy with their penalties were Jake Barrington, Cody Brady and new signing Cherif Badjie. (8/2/2020)

Kaylon Salisbury and Charlie Swift scored the goals for the Under 10's Lightning who were winners of their Supplementary Competition away game with Monton Sports. Voted Man of the Match was Brodie Mundy. (8/2/2020)

Man of the Match Bradley Oliver (hat-trick) Charlie Mulvenna (2) and Theo Valentine fired in the goals for the Under 14's Tornadoes who beat Deans Sports 6-0 in the Supplementary Cup. At Stott Lane the Tornadoes produced their best performance so far this season. (8/2/2020)

Due to the adverse weather only seven games went ahead and that included the 1st Team's home fixture with Rochdale Sacred Heart. The teams met for the second time in seven days and United were looking for revenge following a 2-0 defeat the previous Saturday. Beechy played well in the first half and had a few decent chances to take the lead but they had to settle for a 0-0 score line at the break. United's makeshift back four Louis Duff, Mike Rogerson, Scott Hamer and Danny Royle faced heavy pressure throughout the second half. Rochdale Scared Heart went away from Salford Sports Village having completed a winning double over United thanks to a 3-0 victory. (15/2/2020)

Away to neighbours Moorside Rangers Blue the Under 10's Tornadoes were below-par and lost this Supplementary Cup tie. Sharing the Man of the Match award were Stewart Kay and Josh Beddows who scored Beechy's consolation goal in the second half. (15/2/2020)

Following four successive defeats the Saturday Morning Senior team finally discovered the way to win when they beat Manchester North End in the MEN Cup. The highlight of the game came via Max Leonard who scored four goals that helped Beechy secure a 5-3 victory. Wes Pierce netted United's other goal and there were good individual performances from Gary Wallis, Matty McCusker and Chris Pollock. (22/2/2020)

Rewarded for an excellent all-round display in the Supplementary Cup were the Under 14's Typhoon who celebrated a 3-2 victory. At home to local rivals Moorside Rangers Blue a hard working Beechy outfit grabbed the lead through Freddie Latham. Rangers equalised after a counter-attack but Typhoon went 2-1 up when Igor Osarinmwain met a great cross from Will Bentham and scored with a powerful header. With a strong wind behind them in the second half Beechy created a glut of chances and one effort by Jamie Withington hit the crossbar. Man of the Match Will Bentham was on target with Typhoon's third goal and against the run of play Rangers scored again in the closing minutes. (29/2/2020)

The Under 11's Hurricanes met South Manchester Sports on Sunday morning in what turned out to be a very entertaining 9v9 game of football. In the Red Group the Hurricanes pitch at Beech Farm was deemed unplayable so they switched the match to their opponents ground. Beechy struggled to get a foothold in the game in the first half and found themselves trailing at half time but thanks to a brilliant second half display Hurricanes won the match 4-3. Oliver Williams, Alfie Rostron, Thomas Robinson and Jamie Maher got the goals and Beechy keeper Oliver Dalton-Bunker who produced an outstanding performance was an automatic choice for Man of the Match. Involved in a fourteen goal thriller with De La Salle were Beechy Under 8's Storm who produced some really good football throughout this Blue Group home game. Both Jacob Wood, Oliver Cooper displayed their goal scoring talents while goalkeeper Sophie Price and central defender Thomas Brady shared the Player of the Match award. (14/3/2020)

On the Astroturf Pitch at David Lewis Playing Fields Beechy Under 16's Tornadoes met FC Sharples who occupied second place in the BBDFL Section C table. Beechy were the better team for most of the game but a few unforced errors gifted FC Sharples a 4-3 victory. Billy Wadeson (penalty) Mathew Bennett and Kean Roberts were on target for the Tornadoes who's Man of the Match was Callum Rhodes. (14/3/2020)

In the Manchester Football League a hat trick by leading marksman Callum Davies and a goal from Danny Lee were enough to secure Beechy Reserves a 4-1 away win over Boothstown Reserves in the Open Trophy. (14/3/2020)

Due to Covid-19 and the restrictions as per the Government's guidelines the 2020 Junior Presentation was cancelled and the individual Team Managers organised their own Presentation events.
