Thunder started off brightly and took the lead within the first 10 minutes after Beechy broke through with pace and Callum Snaith slotted it hone. Unfortunately again for thunder they were not able to build on their lead and Barr hill hit back immediately. And It only got tougher for Beechy who could not get any meaningful possession of the ball Beechy went into half time 6-1 down and it was going to be difficult to come back from.
Beechy did create a few chances but Barr hill were on top of there game and had a convincing victory 10-2 the final score.

Boys very proud of you today you kept going until the very end which I know for some of you was very difficult and it’s right to be disappointed and upset as it shows you care, but we win and lose as a team. I can say no one has had perfect performance today , so all we can do is strive to improve as a team and individually me included.
This season in my eyes has been a success.
Reaching 4 finals in 5 years and winning 3 is good going.
