Beechy Thunder were away to fives athletic. I'm a much improve performance Thunder put fives under pressure from the start. Jacob Lacey put in a great corner which deflected off a fives player to put beechy in the lead. Fives hit back and levelled the score and then took the lead just before HT.
Beechy re-grouped in the second half and showed true character to get back into the game.
Good vision from Reiss Miller put Jacob Lacey through on the left. Jacob Lacey showed his class by calmly slotting the ball into the far corner with the coolest of touches. Harvey walker got in on the action too, to take beechy ahead. Jake osullivan was also on target with a nicely taken free kick and a great header.
Fives got another back but beechy claimed their first win of the season. Great team performance and just reward for your efforts.
