Beechy put in a great first half performance which saw them with a 2 goal lead. Beechy took their foot off the gas and let Barr hill back into the game and although Beechy took the lead twice in the game, it ended on an all too familiar note with Beechy letting Barr hill score 3 quick goals in succession. A last gasp serge towards the end got another for beechy but time was up.

To the Players
There is no doubt, that at times, we are playing some delightful football going forward but if there is no defensive discipline in the team the game will just fall apart when you are playing an evenly matched team ability wise. That is what cost us today boys.
