Moorside Ranger Blue v Beechfield Thunder
10am kick off
Thunder kicked off the new year away at Eccles college against Moorside blue on the 3G.
The first half was even and both teams were rewarded with a goal each, Mid way through the second half Beechy lost control of the game and although the small pitch did not help the Beechy lads. They were caught on the counter too many times and despite the best efforts of the keeper the goals rolled in for Moorside
On a positive note to the game there were moments in the game where Beechy played some nice football and the link up play should of been rewarded with more goals
Goal scorer for Beechy was Jake Osullivan.
