In the Bolton Bury and District League there were hat-tricks for both Joe Furlong and Kai Mitchell as Beechfield United Under 17's Tornadoes secured a 6-3 away win over AFC Dobbies Blacks. The last time United tasted victory was early in December and with one more Section B fixture to play the Tornadoes will possibly finish in a mid table position.

The Under 16's Storm collected six points after successive Salford and District League Division 1 evening games against De La Salle Reds. On Monday 14th May goals by Man of the Match Joe Cox (2) and Aaron Gartley earned Beechy a 3-0 home win. Then in the return fixture on Thursday United secured a 7-0 victory thanks to goals from Tom Gorton (3) Calumn Lomax (3) and Man of the Match Josh Hayes.

United's Under 15's Tornadoes played their penultimate Section B match of the season away at Bury Junior Cobras and were worthy 3-2 winners. For the first twenty minutes Bury Cobras plied on the pressure but failed to get a goal and it was the Tornadoes who took the lead courtesy of Ademola Olasanya. Taking control of the contest Beechy were rewarded with a second goal via Jeanny Le Blanc and the Tornadoes held their 2-0 lead at the break. United made a nervous start to the second half and Bury Cobras reduced the arrears with a goal from the penalty-spot and Beechy defended superbly when the hosts produced a period of sustained attacking. But Leighton White eased the pressure when he put the Tornadoes 3-1 up and Bury Cobras completed the scoring with their second goal in the last minute. Beechy's Man of the Match was Jonathan Mayingi.

Joe Newton was named the Under 13's Storm's Star Player following the Division 1 away game with Culcheth Athletic Pythons. Luke Carr was on target with a consolation goal for the Storm who lost the match 2-1.

Playing two games in three days were Beechy Under 12's Tornadoes (9v9) On Wednesday evening United were at home to Division 1 leaders AFC Salford Juniors and were beaten 6-2. Man of the Match Rafael Silviera and Theo Valentine scored the goals. There was a similar score line on Saturday when the Tornadoes met neighbours Moorside Rangers Yellow but on this occasion Beechy found the winning formula. In a very good game there was great movement off the ball and the whole team worked well to support each other. Charlie Mulvenna (2) Bradley Oliver (2) Theo Valentine and Alex Effio were on target and voted Best Player was Harley Kirk.

Despite a shortage of players for their Development Group Red Division away game with Moorside Rangers Yellows the Under 11's Storm (9v9) still played some great football. Fletcher Jackson, Reilly Happy and Josh McLoughlin got the goals and Beechy didn't deserve to lose the match. Reilly and Freddie shared the Man of the Match award.

The Under 10's in-house derby match between Beechy Storm and Hurricanes ended with a victory for the Storm via goals from James Cadwaladr and Michael Walsh. Storm's Man of the Match award went to the whole team. The Hurricanes played their part in a close game and their goal was scored by Lloyd Hiles while Alfie Gridlestone was voted Man of the Match.

Once again the Under 9's Hurricanes were without key players when they played their final game of the season. In the Development Group Yellow Division Beechy were at home to Winton Ospreys and all the lads involved were praised after a totally committed performance. Joshua Whitehead received the Man of the Match award and on target with the Hurricanes only goal was Jaiesh Devani-White.

A hard working display by Beechy's Under 9's Tornadoes players was rewarded with a fully deserved victory over Swinton Junior Pumas in the Development Group Blue Division. Thomas Robinson, Charlie Backhouse and Ebosele Oguname fired in the goals and named Player of the Match was Oliver Nangle.

There was a fantastic performance from the Under 8's Lightning players who produced a high scoring winning result. Man of the Match Deenraj Singh, Oliver Eckersley, Charlie Swift and Brodie Mundy added the goals to this star-studded display against Winton Spartans in the Development Group Green Division.

Following a game they should have won the Under 8's Storm ended their season with a defeat away to Moorside Rangers Purple. Numerous chances went begging but Beechy were rewarded with a couple of goals through Noah Thorndyke and Ronnie Pinckney-Thompson. The Storm's Man of the Match award went to Shay Winstanley.

Completing their Salford and District League Development Group Blue Division fixtures were Beechy Under 8's Tornadoes who won a nine goal thriller against De La Salle Devils. In a game of two halves the Tornadoes found themselves three goals down and staring at defeat but mounting a stunning fightback Beechy hit three quick-fire goals via a hat-trick from Man of the Match Stewart Kay. De La Salle regained the lead but coping well with the very hot conditions further goals from Daire Cox and Alfie Lacey eventually guaranteed the Tornadoes victory.

Beechy Under 7's Storm were away to Ladybridge Tigers in the Development Group Blue Division. The game was played on an artificial surface and goals for the Storm came via Connor O'Sullivan and Ryden Coward. Man of the Match was Charlie Pugh.
