The Hurricanes' second away fixture led to their first away win after a last minute winner secured victory in a five-goal thriller!

Barr Hill took the lead early on, with a fine solo effort against the run of play, but Man of the Match Oliver Hall scored his first goal of the season to ensure the scores were all square at half time.

Beechy 'keeper Oliver Dalton-Bunker saved a penalty early in the second half to keep the scores level but Barr Hill took the lead again shortly after with a stunning free kick.

This sparked the Hurricanes into action and it wasn't long before Jace Whittaker levelled the scores again with his first goal of the season. That set up a tense finish to the match as both teams pushed for a winner.

In the final minute, Lloyd Hiles' free kick from the edge of the box was saved but Nathan Derbyshire was on hand to score his first goal of the season and seal the win for Beechfield.

After the game manager Ben Robinson said "Barr Hill have improved massively since our last friendly, which we won comfortably, and they brought the absolute best out of us today. Every single player did exactly what was expected of them in a great, winning team performance"

The Hurricanes squad for the match was: Oliver Dalton-Bunker, Lexi Hiles, Oliver Hall, Nathan Derbyshire, Joshua Whitehead, Lloyd Hiles, Daniel Robinson, Jamie Maher, Jaiesh Devani-White, Matthew Elliott, Jace Whittaker and Alfie Latham.
