POSTED: December 10 2016 20:45:30. By Wayne Miller - Deans Tigers v Beechy Thunder

Beechy played deans tigers away in a div 2 fixture. The first half saw Beechy play some good football again, but not being clinical in front of goal cost Beechy again as the first half was one way traffic toward the deans goal.

Deans re-grouped in the second half and had more possession than the first.

deans slowly picked up the tempo and created a few decent chances and eventually took the lead. Beechy equalised less than five minutes later with a nice strike from Harvey walker, deans re-took the lead from a swift counter Attack.

Beechy tried to get the equaliser by getting numbers forward unfortunately this left Beechy vulnerable at the back.
it was inevitable if we did not score soon deans would probably take one their chances which they did. Beechy were left chasing the game and deans scored some decent goals on the courter. As always the boys kept pushing to score but could not find the target.

Dominic Lawton put in a vigorous performance in midfield and was Beechys best player on day.

5-1 defeat
