There was real disappointment for Beechfield United Under 16's Tornadoes following their Bolton Bury and District League home game against AFC Dobbies Black. In their quest to become Section C Division champions Beechy dropped two valuable points after they threw away a 3-1 half time lead and at the final whistle were forced to settle for a 4-4 draw. Joseph Furlong (2) and Keiran Alley (2) scored the goals.

Following their third successive Sunday fixture in the Salford and District League the Under 15's Storm collected the three points thanks to a 4-2 away win over Manchester Maccabi Broughton. Goalscorers for Beechy who moved up to ninth place in the Division 1 table were Man of the Match Callum Lomax (2) Dan Delaney and Will Timmins.

Back in action after a three week lay-off the Under 13's Tornadoes travelled to play Urmston Town Panthers. In this Division 1 fixture the teams shared a 0-0 score line at the break but Beechy were guilty of some unforced errors in the second half and lost the match 4-1. Shaun Heywood was on target with the Tornadoes consolation goal and Billy Wadeson received the Man of the Match Award.

Under 13's Storm suffered a third successive defeat in the Bolton Bury and District League when they went down 3-1 at Stott Lane Playing Fields to Prestwich FC. Star Player was Rowan Brown and United's only goal was scored by Jack Thompson.

The Under 12's (9v9) Division 3 game between Beechy Tornadoes and Urmston Town Vipers was action packed affair. The Tornadoes had home advantage but it was the visitors who collected the points via a 5-2 victory. Man of the Match Harrison Beckett and Ronan Courtney fired in the goals for Beechy.

In Division 2 the Under 12's Thunder (9v9) played AFC Monton Thunder and were better organised than in recent games. Despite producing some very good defending a few lapses of concentration by United allowed AFC Monton to hold a 2-0 lead at the interval. Showing more determination in the second half Thunder kept the pressure on their opponents and the Monton keeper was the busiest player on the pitch. Unfortunately United couldn't turn their advantage into goals but the Beechy boys can be pleased with their improved performance. Following a solid defensive display Ishor Bajgai was named Man of the Match.

Beechy Under 12's Storm (9v9) created a high powered display and hit double figures in their Challenge Cup away game at Urmston Town Devils. Goals for United who celebrated an 11-3 victory came courtesy of Man of the Match Ben Howard (3) Samuel Oludoyi (3) Tom Cox (2) Damion Broughton, Luke Carr and Adam Rothwell.

Sharing six goals with Barr Hill Aces were the Under 11's Storm (9v9). In this Development Group Red Division home game Beechy held a narrow lead at half time. Star Player was Josh Everall and on target with the goals were Kaiden McClean, Elliott McClurg-Taylor and Tawonga Chirwa.

Ole Kerwin (hat-trick) Josh Clough and Georgi Georgiev got the goals for the Under 10's Hurricanes who secured a deserved away victory against Tiki Taka Rangers. Ole and Georgi shared the Hurricanes Man of the Match Award following this Dragons Division game in the Bolton Bury and District League.

Playing away against Boothstown Clarets were Beechy Under 10's Lightning. This Development Group Green Division match was played in totally the right spirit and the teams shared eight goals. Charlie Harris (hat-trick) and Jarrell Isaac were goalscorers for Beechy and both players shared the Man of the Match Award.

In a classic end to end Challenge Tournament encounter the Under 10's Typhoon held a comfortable two goal lead at half time in their away game with Prestwich Junior Tigers. Cole Winstanley and Ronan Mullen were United's goalscorers but Beechy conceded a sloppy goal just after the break and this brought the Tigers back into the contest. United continued to play some great football but they couldn't find the finish to more clear-cut chances. Both teams worked hard to keep the ball and Prestwich Tigers forced an equaliser then the home team snatched victory with the last kick of match. United who didn't deserved to lose voted Milonga Mututa as their Star Player for a tremendous defensive display.

There was a much improved performance from the Under 10's Storm in their Friendly Match against neighbours Moorside Rangers Yellow. With new players included in the team Beechy looked impressive especially in the second half but it was Rangers who won the match. Sonny O'Brien scored a consolation goal for the Storm who's goalkeeper George Haywood made some outstanding saves.

At Moorside High School Beechy Under 9's Storm had a Friendly Match with a Moorside Rangers outfit. Jack Hanbury was named Man of the Match and Joshua Kilfoyle was on target with a consolation goal for Beechy.

Also involved in a Friendly Match were the Under 8's Storm who were in action against Deans Sports. Beechy's only goal of the game came via Harry Jones and receiving the Best Player Award was Lucas Harris.

The Under 8's Tornadoes were one of four teams playing in a Round Robin at the JJB Soccer Dome. It proved to be a successful morning for the Beechy squad who won the three games they played. Ethan Harris was voted Play of the Tournament.

Also in action at the Soccer Dome were the Under 7's Tornadoes who met a De La Salle side. There were a couple of goals for Alfie Lacey while both Jack McMinn and Flinn Rogers scored their first ever goals for the club. George Wadeson collected the Man of the Match Award.
